Good evening pond neighbors!
As we transition into the cooler months, we are reflecting on another great summer and strides that we’ve made in the past year to monitor and protect our pond. Please see the attached annual meeting minutes from 8/3/24, the newsletter that will be mailed to property owners (who are not included in this distribution group) and a comprehensive report of Aquatic Plants from Barb Perrry.
We are asking for support from all property owners. As you know, PPC work is volunteer based, so we also rely on the generosity of individuals like you. The PPC is asking each property owner to contribute $50 annually (July-June) to help pay for annual expenses, predominantly water quality testing. More details are within the attached documents.
